We practice Data Minimization. We do not collect personal identifiers such as your name, email address, or phone number.
However, to provide the core functionality of the App, we collect the following:

• User Content (Images): We collect the images that you voluntarily choose to upload to our servers.

• Technical Data: We may collect basic technical data (such as image metadata) necessary to process and display your images correctly.

3. How We Handle Your Images (Upload and Usage)
Unlike apps that process images locally, PicPanga allows you to upload and share images. Here is how we handle them:

• Server Upload: When you use the "Upload" feature, the specific image you select is transmitted to our secure servers.

• Purpose Limitation: Your images are uploaded solely for the purpose of enabling the download and viewing functionality within the App.

• No Unauthorized Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your uploaded images with third-party advertisers or data brokers. Your photos are used strictly to provide the service you requested.

4. Permissions
To function as an image utility tool, PicPanga operates with specific permissions:

• Internet Access: Required to upload your images to our servers and download images to your device.

• Storage/Gallery: We use the system file picker to allow you to select images. We only access the specific files you choose to upload, not your entire gallery.

5. Data Security
We take the security of your uploaded content seriously:

• Transmission Security: All image data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using standard protocols (such as HTTPS/TLS) to prevent interception.

• Storage Security: Uploaded images are stored on secure servers with restricted access.
